Israel Aerospace India Services Pvt Ltd has inked a five-year lease for the 12th floor at Intellion IT Park, Tower 1, Gurugram. The lease, beginning May 5, 2025, is valued at ₹32.14lakh monthly—totalling about ₹20.5crore over the term, with a 15% escalation every three years. The rent is set at ₹71 per sq ft per month and involves a security deposit of ₹1.6crore.
Enabling India’s Defence and Technology Growth
Finalised with Mikado Realtors Pvt Ltd (Tata Group’s Tata Realty), the deal complies with SEZ norms, allowing the subsidiary to offer IT-enabled services such as repair and business support. This step bolsters IAI’s intentions to support India’s self-reliance mission (“Atmanirbhar Bharat”) with advanced manufacturing and technical operations.
