In response to the growing demand for flexible workspaces, 315Work Avenue, a leading coworking space provider, has leased an additional 56,000 square feet at the International Tech Park Pune (ITPP) in Kharadi. This brings their total space in Pune to 1 lakh square feet, marking a significant milestone for the company. Previously, 315Work Avenue had leased 44,000 square feet at the same location, making this latest expansion a strategic move to accommodate more businesses seeking modern coworking environments.

“ITPP is a vibrant space that attracts premier companies, offering the perfect environment for businesses to thrive,” said a company representative. The tech park, developed by Ascendas-Singbridge, is a Grade A facility with 2.5 million square feet of commercial office space. Conveniently located near Pune Lohegaon International Airport, ITPP is part of the well-established IT hub in Kharadi’s North Eastern corridor. It provides state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern amenities, making it a prime location for businesses in the tech sector.

315Work Avenue now operates six centres across Pune, totalling 600,000 square feet, collaborating with top developers such as Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja. This adds up to approximately 12,000 seats, positioning the company as a key player in Pune’s coworking market. The expansion is timely, as more companies see the value of establishing offices in Pune’s IT hub, which offers easy access to markets and high-quality work environments.

315Work Avenue manages a 2.5 million square feet portfolio, accommodating 50,000 seats across major cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. The company is actively looking to extend its geographical reach into new markets such as New Delhi, NCR, and Hyderabad while bolstering its presence in existing cities.
