91Springboard Expands Footprint with Six New Coworking Hubs in Major Cities

91Springboard has launched six new coworking centres in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune, adding 3,600 desks and over 1.7 lakh sq ft. This expansion boosts its national footprint to 40 centres and 30,000 desks. The move reflects growing demand for flexible workspaces across India, among corporates and hybrid teams.

Coworking leader 91Springboard has unveiled six new centres across Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, and Pune in a significant move to meet surging demand for flexible workspaces. The expansion adds over 1.7 lakh square feet to its nationwide portfolio, accommodating nearly 3,600 additional desks.

With this latest rollout, 91Springboard operates around 30,000 desks across 1.5 million square feet of office space in India. The company has 40 active centres spread across eight key cities—Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurugram, Noida, Pune, and Goa.

“These new hubs are more than just office spaces—they are dynamic ecosystems designed to fuel innovation, collaboration, and growth,” said Sameer Singh, Chief Operating Officer at 91Springboard. “As companies expand their footprint across India, we deliver flexible, intuitive workspaces that feel like home but work like a powerhouse.”

The newly launched spaces cater to a broad spectrum of users, ranging from entrepreneurs and freelancers to mid-sized companies and large enterprises. The strategic locations in commercial hotspots are expected to serve the growing hybrid workforce and corporate clients looking for agility and scalability in their real estate strategy.

The coworking boom in India continues to gain momentum as hybrid work models and cost-efficiency drive demand. Industry reports support this trend—real estate consultancy Vestian estimates that flexible space operators will manage more than 100 million square feet by the end of 2026. This would make up 20% of India’s total office stock.

91Springboard’s latest expansion reinforces the sector’s shift from being startup-centric to becoming a mainstream workplace solution. With its focus on community-driven spaces, innovative layouts, and enterprise-grade infrastructure, the company is positioning itself as a key player in India’s evolving office landscape.

As the flexible workspace industry matures, operators like 91Springboard are not just keeping pace but setting the benchmark.
