Effective January 1, the lease includes six floors in the RMZ Spire-Tower 110, one of the city’s premier commercial hubs. Financial Details of the Lease

Under the lease terms, Sanofi will pay INR 75 per sq ft, translating to a monthly rent of INR 2.05 crore. The company has also deposited INR 15.3 crore as a security deposit, equivalent to 7.5 months of rent. The lease agreement includes a five-year lock-in period, ensuring long-term operational stability, and a 15% rent escalation after three years, reflecting anticipated market growth in the region.
