The Bengaluru-based flexible workspace provider is set to expand its operations by an additional 2 million square feet by the end of 2025, targeting a total portfolio of 5 million square feet. Currently, the company manages 3 million square feet across 45 locations in key cities like Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, offering around 60,000 seats.

Over the last year, 315Work Avenue has leased 1.25 million square feet—an indicator of the growing demand for flexible office solutions. It aims to expand into 10 to 12 cities over the next two years, building on strong market momentum and shifting preferences in the corporate world.

India’s overall office market is also thriving. According to Cushman & Wakefield, 2024 was a record-breaking year with 89 million square feet of gross leasing across the top eight cities. Bengaluru emerged as the frontrunner, contributing more than 25 million square feet—about 29% of the total.
