Godrej Interio aims for 30% B2B growth by FY27, driven by a ₹55 crore investment and rising demand in India’s office furniture market. With innovative, ergonomic, and tech-enabled solutions, the company targets expanding sectors like IT, BFSI, and GCCs through turnkey workspace projects and patented product offerings.
As India’s office furniture market gears up for a significant surge, Godrej Interio is setting its sights on ambitious growth. The furniture brand, part of the Godrej Enterprises Group, announced plans to scale its B2B business by 30% by FY27, backed by a ₹55 crore investment to revamp its product portfolio and tap into evolving workspace demands.
“With global enterprises and MNCs seeking high-performance, future-ready workspaces, we are committed to designing office environments that enhance productivity and well-being,” said Sameer Joshi, Senior Vice President and Head of B2B Business at Interio. He added, “Our B2B business is targeting a growth of 15% in FY26, positioning us as a key enabler in the evolving corporate landscape.”
The timing aligns with a bullish forecast for India’s office furniture industry, which is projected to grow from USD 5.8 billion in 2024 to USD 13.0 billion by 2033 at a CAGR of 8.83%. Driving this momentum is the rising demand for commercial spaces—expected to touch 65–70 million sq. ft. in 2025—primarily from IT, BFSI, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs).
Interio focuses on flexible, ergonomic, and tech-integrated workspace solutions to serve this demand. Its popular offerings include the Motion and Thrill Chairs, Flexmeet workstations, and its latest additions—Posture Perfect Chair and Motion Mesh, along with height-adjustable desks. The company is also meeting tech integration demands with solutions like Network lockers and AV systems.
Interio’s R&D efforts also bear fruit, with nearly 70 products registered for design and 9 patented innovations. Among them, the patented Motion Chair supports 3D dynamic movement. At the same time, the Posture Perfect Chair adapts to the spine’s motion, providing continuous back support—a feature aimed squarely at today’s flexible work culture.
With a strong track record, the company has completed 1,500+ projects spanning 100 million sq. ft. across corporate offices, government, infrastructure, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Interio’s end-to-end solutions—from general contracting and turnkey execution to integrated design and build services—make it a go-to partner for global brands entering the Indian market.
As businesses continue investing in quality office spaces, Godrej Interio is betting on being at the forefront of this transformation, delivering not just furniture but workplace experiences tailored to a new era of work.
