Table Space Closes FY25 with 41% Growth, Rides High on Enterprise Demand

Table Space wrapped up FY25 with a 41% year-on-year growth, expanding its managed workspace portfolio to 10.5 million sq. ft. across India. Key growth areas included Bengaluru, NCR, and Pune. The company saw strong demand from enterprises, especially for its premium Suites and tech-enabled, flexible office solutions.

India’s managed office space sector is heating up, and Table Space is clearly at the centre of the action. The company ended FY25 on a strong note, reporting a 41% year-on-year growth in its total portfolio—now spanning 10.5 million square feet across major commercial hubs in India.

This surge reflects rising demand for flexible and tech-integrated office solutions, particularly among large enterprises. The company added 3.01 million square feet this year alone, fueled by the launch of 16 new premium centres. According to Table Space, 76% of this new space comprises high-end, Grade A assets tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients.

“Our growth strategy is focused on expanding in high-potential micro-markets across India’s major business hubs,” said Karan Chopra, Chairman and Co-CEO of Table Space. “Each new centre is a strategic move to serve the evolving demands of enterprise clients across diverse sectors.”

Bengaluru led the charge among the seven key metro markets, accounting for nearly one-third of new additions with 980,000 sq. ft. The National Capital Region followed with 682,000 sq. ft., Pune added 542,000 sq. ft., and Hyderabad came in close with 415,000 sq. ft. This targeted expansion strategy underlines Table Space’s intent to dominate India’s most vibrant business corridors.

One of the most striking developments in FY25 was the explosive growth of Suites—Table Space’s premium, plug-and-play office offering. The seats under Suites skyrocketed from 1,801 in FY24 to 11,461 in FY25, showing a growing appetite for flexible yet high-quality workspaces.

Kunal Mehra, Co-CEO of Table Space, attributed the boom to strong enterprise interest, particularly from Global Capability Centres (GCCs). “FY25 has been a landmark year,” he said. “Our full-spectrum managed workspace solution—from Suites to fully custom-built environments—has helped us attract clients across IT/ITeS, BFSI, healthcare, and advanced tech. This holistic approach is what makes our model future-ready.”

Leasing momentum was powerful in sectors like software and IT services, followed by banking, financial services, and healthcare. This pattern signals that demand for managed office spaces is not just growing—it’s diversifying.

With a firm grip on tech-enabled operations, design-led environments, and enterprise-grade management, Table Space is positioning itself for scale and long-term relevance in the evolving workplace landscape.
