The transaction covers 93,226 sq ft of RERA carpet (about 1.02 lakh sq ft built-up) across the 15th to 20th floors on the Jogeshwari–Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR). Documents show the deal was registered on November 4, 2025, with stamp duty of ₹18.24 crore.
