Superco has launched a ₹12 crore community-led coworking centre designed around energy-based productivity and integrated work-play environments. The 27,000 sq. ft. workspace in Greater Noida offers 400 seats, private offices, collaboration zones, and recreation areas. The company targets rapid occupancy growth while positioning itself as a next-generation flexible workspace brand focused on performance and engagement.
India’s coworking sector is evolving beyond traditional desk-based models, with operators increasingly focusing on experience-led environments. Superco has announced the launch of its new community-driven coworking centre in Greater Noida, built on the idea that professionals perform better when they manage their energy as carefully as they manage their time. Developed with an investment of approximately ₹12 crore, the new facility introduces a hybrid model combining deep-work infrastructure with collaborative and recreational elements.
The concept reflects a broader industry shift where flexible workspace operators are designing environments that support focus, creativity, and mental recharge within a single integrated ecosystem.
Integrated Workspace Designed for Modern Work Patterns
The new centre spans over 27,000 sq. ft. and accommodates around 400 seats across multiple workspace formats. The layout includes three open-seat zones, six private offices designed for one to six members, fully equipped meeting rooms, and compact meeting pods built for small-group discussions.
Superco has also introduced Discovery Seats, available daily, allowing professionals to experience the workspace before committing to longer-term plans. This flexible access model aligns with evolving demand from freelancers, startups, and distributed corporate teams seeking short-term workspace solutions.
High-quality workstations and private cabins are designed for uninterrupted execution, while meeting zones encourage structured collaboration. The layout is built around workflow transitions, enabling members to seamlessly move between focused work and interactive discussions.
Work Meets Recharge Through Experience-Led Design
A key differentiator of the new centre in Greater Noida is its focus on energy-reset spaces integrated directly into the workspace. Members have access to cricket nets, bowling, pool, snooker, table tennis, gaming consoles, and arcade setups. These elements are designed to provide short breaks that help maintain productivity throughout the workday.
This approach reflects a growing trend in which workspace providers are incorporating wellness and engagement features to improve member retention and the overall workplace experience.
Commenting on the launch, Vikram Narula, Managing Director of Superco, said, “When you enter your workspace, it should give you energy, not take it away. Superco is our answer to that. It’s not a coworking space with add-ons, and it’s not a gaming centre with desks. It’s a completely new category. We built Superco to solve a modern problem: people are productive but disconnected, busy but burnt out. Superco brings work, play, and community under one roof in a way that productivity is no longer a result of working harder; it will be about working happier.”
Growth Strategy Focused on Yield and Scalability
Superco is targeting a stabilised occupancy of 88–90% within the first three months of operations, translating into projected annual revenue of approximately ₹15 crore at steady state. The company’s operating strategy focuses on optimising seat yield, building operating leverage, and diversifying revenue streams beyond traditional desk rentals.
The workspace is positioned for freelancers, founders, startups, and corporate teams seeking a performance-driven environment that adapts to varied work rhythms. Members can transition between execution, collaboration, and recovery without leaving the facility.
Looking ahead, Superco plans to expand into key urban markets, aiming to establish a new benchmark for community-led coworking environments that combine productivity infrastructure with experiential workplace design.
