WeWork Go Is Here — And It’s Bringing the Private Office to Wherever You Are

WeWork Go Is Here — And It’s Bringing the Private Office to Wherever You Are

WeWork has launched WeWork Go, a new line of on-demand private office pods designed for professionals working in high-traffic locations such as airports, convention centres, and hotel lobbies. Offering three pod formats — including an ADA-accessible model — the product delivers premium acoustics, ergonomic design, and enterprise-grade connectivity for moments when focused work matters most, wherever you are.

The Office Has Left the Building

The traditional workday has been unravelling for years — and WeWork is now building products that reflect how professionals actually work. The global flexible workspace giant has officially launched WeWork Go, a bold new offering that takes the private office experience out of four walls and into the world’s busiest transit and event spaces.

This is WeWork’s first new product since the debut of WeWork Workplace back in July 2022, and it signals a clear strategic shift — from owning floors in office towers to showing up wherever work needs to happen.

Built for the In-Between Moments

WeWork Go centres on sleek, self-contained workspace pods available in three configurations: a single-user unit for solo focus work, a multi-person setup accommodating up to four people for collaborative sessions, and an ADA-compatible version designed for universal accessibility.

The design thinking behind each pod is anything but basic. Built with a polished polycarbonate shell, high-pressure wood laminate desks, and premium finishes, the pods are engineered for both aesthetics and performance. Dense exterior materials and soft interior surfaces deliver high sound transmission class ratings, making them genuinely quiet in genuinely loud environments. Curated lighting, ergonomic seating, and WeWork’s enterprise-grade wireless internet round out an experience that feels far removed from a phone booth in a departure lounge.

“Every element, from acoustics and lighting to materials and comfort, was intentionally designed to deliver the high-quality, focused experience WeWork is renowned for,” said Ebbie Wisecarver, Chief Design and Product Officer at WeWork. “The result is a workspace that feels elevated and intuitive, while remaining accessible to anyone, anywhere.”

On-Demand, On Your Terms

Booking a WeWork Go pod is designed to be instant. Users can reserve directly at the pod and connect through the WeWork Go app for immediate access. Pricing is flexible, session-based, and varies by location and duration — making it accessible whether someone needs 15 minutes for a quick sync or a full hour for a high-stakes client call.

WeWork CEO John Santora framed the launch as a natural extension of the company’s platform vision. “With WeWork Go, we’re bringing the quality, privacy, and experience of a WeWork office to the locations where and when people need it most,” he said. “It’s a powerful extension of our platform and another bold step toward delivering real estate solutions designed for the way the world works today.”

A Global Debut With Big Ambitions

WeWork Go made its official debut at the 2026 Annual Convening of Semafor World Economy in Washington, D.C. As it expands globally, the product will integrate into WeWork’s broader ecosystem — sitting alongside WeWork All Access, On Demand, and Private Office offerings — creating what the company describes as a more connected, intelligent workplace experience for businesses of every size.
