One of the biggest hurdles was integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into the low ceiling without making the space feel cramped. The design team tackled this challenge by collaborating closely with engineers to ensure seamless incorporation without sacrificing openness.

A strategic lighting plan was implemented to counter limited daylight:
