Alt.f coworking has launched its first center outside Delhi NCR in Hyderabad’s Nanakramguda Financial District, marking the start of its national expansion. Offering affordable, design-led workspaces for startups, the brand plans three more centers by 2025. Featured on Shark Tank India, alt.f champions a founder-first, self-operated coworking model.
Hyderabad’s fast-growing startup scene was significantly boosted as alt.f coworking officially launched its first centre outside Delhi NCR. The new space in Nanakramguda Financial District marks a significant milestone for the company’s national expansion strategy. Three additional centres are planned by the end of 2025—including another in Hyderabad’s Hitech City—and alt.f is boldly playing in India’s flexible workspace market.
Spread across 56,000 sq. ft. and accommodating over 1,200 seats, the Hyderabad facility is designed with growing startups and small businesses in mind. It offers a mix of private offices, open seating, meeting rooms, and virtual office solutions. Co-founder Yogesh Arora said, “Hyderabad is a growing market for flexible workspaces. Our launch here brings us closer to our vision of building a powerful national footprint.”
Arora emphasized that the space isn’t just about desks and Wi-Fi: “This centre isn’t just a workspace — it’s a foundation for founders serious about scaling.” The company’s model is built around enterprise-grade infrastructure, transparent pricing, and a zero capex approach—allowing entrepreneurs to focus on growth without the overhead burden. With prices starting at just ₹8,000 per seat, alt.f aims to provide affordability without compromising quality.
Currently operating over 500,000 sq. ft. across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram, alt.f manages 11,000+ seats under a 100% self-operated model. This full-control approach sets it apart from managed space providers, ensuring consistency in design, service, and customer experience across locations.
The Hyderabad centre represents the first step in a broader rollout. By 2025, the company aims to add over 200,000 sq. ft. and 4,000+ seats through new centres, further strengthening its presence in India’s most promising startup hubs.
alt.f also gained national visibility after being featured on Shark Tank India Season 4—a move that Arora says “validated our founder-first model” and brought attention to the company’s mission to support small and micro businesses nationwide.
With its design-led, performance-driven spaces and a clear focus on founders, alt.f is positioning itself as a coworking provider and a growth partner for India’s next wave of entrepreneurs.
