Bachchan paid a hefty stamp duty of Rs 3.57 crore for this transaction. This substantial investment underscores his confidence in Mumbai’s commercial real estate market, particularly in prime locations like Andheri.
In addition to his Mumbai acquisition, Amitabh Bachchan has also invested in a plot at The Sarayu, a luxurious mixed-use enclave in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. According to the Hindustan Times, this plot spans approximately 10,000 square feet and is part of a 51-acre development by The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL).
