AML RightSource Leases 157,000 Sq Ft in Noida, Reinforces City’s Rise as Global Capability Hub

AML RightSource has leased 157,000 sq ft in Noida to establish a Global Capability Centre, marking Noida’s growing appeal for multinationals. Backed by infrastructure upgrades, rising leasing activity, and competitive rentals, Noida is emerging as a top GCC destination, contributing significantly to India’s evolving commercial real estate landscape.

Noida is fast emerging as a prime destination for Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and the latest endorsement comes from U.S.-based financial crime prevention firm AML RightSource, which has leased 157,000 sq ft at the Grade A commercial property, Max Square, to establish its new GCC in India.

This major lease deal reflects a larger trend of global companies turning to Noida for strategic expansion. With the upcoming Jewar International Airport and rapid infrastructure upgrades, Noida’s commercial appeal has risen sharply, rivalling long-established markets like Gurugram. “The recent infrastructure push has significantly increased the demand for office spaces in Noida,” said Sachin Arora, founder of Moneytree Realty. “Grade A developers are now eyeing Noida for expansion, giving multinational companies more options for high-quality spaces.”

As per market data, in Q1 2025, Noida accounted for 35% of the National Capital Region’s (NCR) total gross leasing volume (GLV). NCR recorded 2.8 million sq ft in total GLV, with the IT-BPM sector contributing 45%, followed by professional services (21%) and engineering/manufacturing (13%). The Noida Expressway sub-market led the way, posting a 1.7x increase over its four-quarter leasing average, solidifying its status as a hotbed for corporate occupiers.

Establishing AML RightSource’s GCC adds to growing multinational interest in Delhi-NCR. In the past two years, global companies have leased approximately 5.09 million sq ft of space in the region to set up their GCCs, according to data from Anarock. With competitive rentals, top-grade office developments, and superior connectivity, Noida has become a top choice for such expansion.

India’s increasing role in the global economy, bolstered by initiatives like ‘Make in India’, is another key factor. According to CREDAI MCHI, more than 1,800 GCCs are now operating across India’s top seven cities, occupying over 240 million sq ft of Grade A office space. While Bengaluru leads the GCC landscape with 42% of the total space, Noida is rapidly catching up, driven by its strategic location and momentum in infrastructure.

The move by AML RightSource reinforces Noida’s growing status as a GCC powerhouse, attracting firms looking to leverage India’s skilled workforce and business-friendly policies. As global firms continue to invest in the region, Noida is well on its way to becoming a central node in India’s innovation and enterprise network.

With a blend of affordability, scalability, and infrastructure strength, Noida isn’t just competing—it’s setting new benchmarks in India’s commercial real estate story.
