Anarock Group has named Vik Lulla as Executive Vice President to lead the US expansion of its commercial leasing and advisory vertical, marking a strategic move as the company pushes beyond Indian borders. The announcement on April 11 signals Anarock’s commitment to scaling up its global presence and serving a growing demand from multinational clients.
Lulla brings a wealth of international experience, having most recently served as President of Knight Frank Corporate Real Estate Services (US). His background includes spearheading market expansion and overseeing high-stakes transactions for Fortune 500 firms. He also held senior leadership roles with Knight Frank India, where he focused on building cross-border business strategies.
“It is an exciting time for India’s office market with global companies playing a major role in office space demand,” said Lulla. “I look forward to leading Anarock’s expansion in the U.S. and bringing a consultative, data-driven approach to our clients.”
Lulla’s appointment comes as Anarock’s commercial leasing and advisory division marks one year since its inception. The division, which was launched to serve institutional landlords, occupiers, and developers, has already gained traction with its advisory-led model. With this momentum, Anarock plans to scale its team to over 100 professionals this year.

He is also a CoreNet Global (NorCal Chapter) member and a former CoreNet India Chapter board member.
With this move, Anarock strengthens its positioning as a cross-border real estate advisory firm—capable of bridging markets and offering clients deep, data-backed insights on Indian and global office trends.
