Awfis, a leading provider of flexible workspaces, has bolstered its senior leadership team with strategic appointments across technology, managed office solutions, and designed & built. These hires are set to enhance operational efficiency and support the growing demand for flexible offices in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
Sanjay Baurai joins as a strategic advisor, overseeing account management, co-working, manufacturing, government liaison, M&A integration, and business strategy. With extensive experience in corporate real estate and large-scale operations, Baurai is expected to play a key role in Awfis’ next growth phase.
In the managed office segment, Awfis has brought in Parul Seth as national head of business development and growth, Roshan Alva as senior national director of enterprise business, and Rahul Kanungo as national sales director. Their real estate, banking, and technology backgrounds will reinforce Awfis’ market presence and drive expansion.
To cater to the increasing demand for premium design & build solutions from global capability centres (GCCs) and large corporates, Awfis has appointed international design experts Noelle Bianca Aguilar from the Philippines and Debora Emert from the USA. Additionally, Kamal Pandey joins as director of business development, bringing over a decade of experience in workspace innovation and sustainability.
On the technology front, chief product & technology officer Rohit Manghnani will lead Awfis’ digital transformation, focusing on system scalability, user experience, and operational efficiency.
