BHIVE Workspace, a leader in India’s coworking and managed office space industry, has announced a significant expansion by acquiring a prime property in Bengaluru’s HAL 2nd Stage, Old Airport Road. This strategic move in collaboration with Century Real Estate reflects BHIVE’s commitment to delivering top-tier flexible office solutions tailored to modern business needs.
The newly acquired property spans an impressive 39,753 square feet and comes at a valuation of INR 3.54 crore. Located near prominent landmarks such as the Leela Palace Bengaluru and Manipal Hospital, the workspace offers over 1,000 seats designed to meet the needs of startups, SMEs, and large enterprises. “Old Airport Road is a dynamic hub for innovation and enterprise,” said Shesh Rao Paplikar, Founder and CEO of BHIVE Workspace. “This acquisition aligns with our vision of redefining office spaces to meet the evolving demands of modern businesses.”
This move builds on BHIVE’s recent expansions, including leasing 77,000 square feet of Grade-A office space on CMH Road, Indiranagar, in September 2024. With 27 branches offering over 28,000 seats across 1.8 million square feet in Mumbai and Bengaluru, BHIVE has set its sights on establishing a presence in six major Indian cities by the next financial year.
