CorporatEdge Expands Bengaluru Footprint with ₹100 Crore Investment in Flexible Workspaces

CorporatEdge, a leading provider of premium flexible workspaces, has announced a significant expansion in Bengaluru with a ₹100 crore investment. The company plans to open six new centres, adding 200,000 sq. ft. of workspace and over 2,400 seats to meet the city’s growing demand for high-end, agile office solutions.

Currently operating three centres in Bengaluru—including UB City, ITC Green Centre, and Prestige Trade Tower—CorporatEdge aims to solidify its presence in India’s top-performing commercial real estate market. “Bengaluru is a key growth market for CorporatEdge, and this expansion underlines our commitment to creating world-class workspaces that blend flexibility with sophistication,” said Monaah M Shuklla, Founder & CEO at CorporatEdge.

Industry reports show that Bengaluru recorded 21.8 million sq. ft. of office leasing in 2024, contributing to 28% of India’s total leasing activity. Flexible workspaces played a crucial role, accounting for nearly 20% of annual leasing, signalling a shift towards agile, experience-driven offices. “The city’s premium office space market has witnessed a 25-30% rise in leasing activity year-on-year, fueled by demand from MNCs and Global Capability Centers (GCCs),” noted Aashish Shukla, Managing Director at CorporatEdge.

With sustainability at its core, the new CorporatEdge centres will be LEED Platinum-certified, featuring ergonomic workstations, tech-enabled meeting rooms, and hospitality-driven services. These spaces will emphasize employee well-being, seamless technology integration, and flexible leasing options for enterprises, GCCs, and investment firms.

CorporatEdge’s national portfolio spans 200,000 sq. ft. across Delhi, Gurugram, and Bengaluru, with additional expansions underway at the World Trade Center, New Delhi, and Godrej Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The company’s latest Bengaluru centre at Prestige Trade Tower—featuring a 7,000 sq. ft. private terrace—has already gained traction among Japanese multinationals and investment firms seeking premium workspace solutions.

“As businesses increasingly prioritize experience-driven offices, we are focused on delivering bespoke solutions that integrate hospitality, technology, and sustainable design,” Shuklla added. With Bengaluru leading India’s coworking surge, CorporatEdge’s expansion reflects the city’s rising demand for flexible, premium office spaces.
