CorporatEdge launches ‘The India Centre’ at WTC Nauroji Nagar, Delhi, adding 42,000 sq. ft. to its premium workspace portfolio. Designed for GCCs and global firms, the centre blends five-star hospitality with future-ready infrastructure, reinforcing CorporatEdge’s position as a leading provider of high-performance, flexible offices in India’s top business hubs.
Premium workspace provider CorporatEdge is strengthening its footprint in Delhi NCR by launching its flagship project—’ The India Centre’—at the newly developed World Trade Centre (WTC), Nauroji Nagar.
Spanning 42,000 sq. ft., the new centre adds to the company’s existing 20,000 sq. ft. location at HT House in Connaught Place, bringing CorporatEdge’s total operational space in Delhi to 62,000 sq. ft. Nationwide, the company now manages over 260,000 sq. ft. across eight centres in Delhi, Gurugram, and Bengaluru.
Positioned as an ‘Offitel’—a hybrid of five-star hospitality and premium office infrastructure—CorporatEdge’s new facility caters to today’s demand for flexible, design-forward, and high-functioning workspaces. This expansion reflects the company’s long-term strategy of embedding itself in landmark commercial hubs to serve global enterprises, startups, and agile teams.
“As India evolves into a trillion-dollar economy, the demand for high-performance workspaces is skyrocketing,” said Monaah M Shuklla, Founder and CEO at CorporatEdge. “The India Centre at WTC Delhi is more than just a workspace—it’s an ecosystem built for innovation, productivity, and global ambition.”
The move comes when India is witnessing a surge in Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which are projected to lease nearly 26 million sq. ft. of office space by 2027, up from 19.69 million sq. ft. in 2023. ‘The India Centre’ is designed with this momentum in mind—providing future-ready infrastructure to support IT, R&D, and business process management operations.
The centre features 620 desks, 34 private office suites, five meeting rooms, a 45-seater café, and a Workbench Café with a barista. It also includes activity-based work zones, focus rooms, phone booths, and collaborative nooks to foster concentration and interaction. Aesthetically, the design blends modern luxury with Indian heritage—incorporating elements like a crater-inspired ceiling, circular fountain lounge, and textured interiors.
Meeting rooms are themed and fitted with curated elements such as marble tabletops and tactile fabric panels, while touchless restrooms, terrazzo flooring, and digital locks add to the premium feel.
Situated within the WTC complex developed by NBCC, the centre is strategically located near Indira Gandhi International Airport, luxury hotels like JW Marriott Aerocity, and top hospitals such as AIIMS and Safdarjung. The district is also expected to become a magnet for major retail and corporate tenants.
“Our expansion into WTC positions us at the heart of a fast-growing commercial corridor,” said Aashish S Shukla, Managing Director at CorporatEdge. “This location aligns with the future of business in India—attracting GCCs, MNCs, and high-growth startups seeking flexible, scalable workspaces.”
With ‘The India Centre,’ CorporatEdge scales its operational presence and reaffirms its role as a long-term partner in the future of work, offering workspace solutions that match global standards while maintaining a distinctly Indian identity.
