DevX has announced opening its second co-working space in Jaipur, marking a significant step in its expansion across India. Located in Malviya Nagar, the new 35,000-square-foot facility can accommodate up to 500 seats and plans to expand by an additional 200,000 square feet within the next year. This expansion is part of DevX’s broader strategy to introduce over 2 million square feet of co-working spaces nationwide, reinforcing its presence as a leader in the managed office space sector.
Founded in September 2017 by the entrepreneurial trio Rushit, Umesh Parth, and Dev Information Technology, DevX has carved a niche as a startup accelerator and a prominent player in the co-working space industry. The company’s innovative approach fosters collaborative growth through strategic partnerships and services, positioning itself as an essential part of the ecosystem for startups and established firms.
Umesh Uttamchandani, Co-founder of DevX, expressed his enthusiasm about the new launch, stating, “Launching our second centre in Jaipur helps us deepen our penetration in North India and reaffirms our core values of offering world-class office infrastructure with an immersive experience.” He further highlighted the company’s commitment to being a partner of choice for multinational and growth-centric companies, particularly in tier 2 and 3 cities.
The new facility aims to set higher standards in the co-working space segment and supports the company’s vision of integrating high-quality workspace solutions with competitive pricing. DevX’s philosophy resonates well with the needs of modern businesses, which are increasingly opting for managed workspaces to drive growth.
Feedback from partners such as Nimit Walia, Senior Director at Spaulding Ridge, underscores the effectiveness of DevX’s approach. Walia commented, “Partnering with DevX has been a key part of our growth journey in Jaipur, and we’re excited to keep growing together.” This partnership reflects a shared commitment to personalized service and efficient execution, which are fundamental aspects that DevX promotes through its business model.
As DevX continues to expand, it remains focused on enhancing its pan-India presence by the end of 2024, aiming to double its portfolio through a strategic investment of 60 crores. The company also actively engages with the industry and academia by hosting hackathons, seminars, and events that address current trends and issues, further establishing itself as a cornerstone of India’s co-working and startup ecosystem.
