Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has strengthened its presence in Bengaluru by acquiring a 10-acre land parcel in Yelahanka, a rapidly developing micro-market in North Bengaluru. The prime location along NH-44 is expected to generate an estimated revenue of ₹2,500 crore, marking a significant addition to GPL’s growing real estate portfolio.

The new project is expected to offer approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area, primarily premium residential units and high-street retail spaces, aligning with the growing demand for upscale housing and commercial developments in the region.

Yelahanka has emerged as one of Bengaluru’s most sought-after real estate destinations, benefiting from excellent connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport, the Outer Ring Road (ORR), and key IT hubs. The area boasts a robust social infrastructure, including multi-speciality hospitals, shopping complexes, and upcoming commercial projects, making it a preferred choice for homebuyers and investors.
