Incuspaze, a prominent coworking and flexible office space sector, is strengthening its foothold in Bengaluru by leasing 3.25 lakh sq ft of office space in the city’s prime IT corridor, Outer Ring Road (ORR). This expansion responds to the increasing demand for managed and flexible workspaces, particularly in tech-driven cities like Bengaluru.
The new facility will accommodate over 5,000 seats, enhancing the company’s capacity to meet the needs of startups, SMEs, and large corporations.
The newly leased space is in QUBE Software Park, strategically located on ORR, a rapidly growing IT hub in Bengaluru.
