In partnership with Tribeca Developers, the Trump Organisation will launch its first Trump-branded office complex in Pune by 2025, marking a shift from residential to commercial real estate in India. This expansion includes six new projects across major cities, reinforcing India as the largest hub for Trump properties outside the U.S.
India is set to welcome its first Trump-branded office project, marking a significant step in the Trump Organisation’s expansion into Indian commercial real estate. Located in Pune, the office complex is expected to be officially announced in December, with construction planned for a 2025 launch. This development signifies a shift for the Trump Organisation, which primarily focuses on luxury residential properties in India through its licensed partner, Tribeca Developers.
“India has the highest number of Trump Towers outside America,” shared Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers. “Going forward with six more launches, India will have the highest number of Trump Towers.” While residential Trump Towers have already gained nationwide recognition, the Pune project represents the brand’s first move into the commercial office sector.
Tribeca Developers has finalized six additional Trump-branded real estate projects, spanning 8 million square feet in major cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Most of these projects will focus on ultra-luxury residential spaces, projected to bring in sales exceeding ₹15,000 crore. Mehta added, “Trump is the only super luxury real estate brand in the world, and Tribeca has worked hard to ensure that our Trump projects in India become trophy properties.” Expanding into office space aligns with India’s increasing demand for high-end commercial properties.
The upcoming projects will include cities familiar with the Trump brand, like Mumbai and Gurugram, and new markets, such as Noida, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. In locations where Trump Towers already exist, the brand may evolve to “Trump World Towers,” an upgraded iteration aimed at catering to India’s high-net-worth individuals and luxury seekers.
Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump are expected to visit India next year to kick off the official launch of these new projects. This visit highlights the Trump Organisation’s commitment to its growing presence in the Indian real estate market, underscoring India’s position as the brand’s largest hub outside the United States.
In addition to luxury residences and the new office project, future developments will cater to niche markets, including a golf and villa community targeting ultra-wealthy clientele. India’s current four Trump-branded residential properties, in partnership with developers like Lodha in Mumbai and Panchshil Realty in Pune, have attracted high-profile clients, including Bollywood celebrities, NRIs, and high-net-worth investors, strengthening the brand’s foothold in the country.
With this expansion, the Trump Organisation and Tribeca Developers aim to solidify India’s status as a major hub for Trump-branded properties, both residential and commercial. As the Indian real estate market embraces premium developments, the Trump brand’s strategic pivot to commercial spaces reflects a calculated response to the growing appetite for luxury and flexibility among Indian businesses and consumers alike.
