According to The Times of India, veteran producer Anand Pandit assisted Kartik in navigating the competitive Mumbai real estate market. “Since a week, producer Anand Pandit has been helping Kartik shop in Andheri for two properties—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet. Two of his properties are already on rent,” revealed a source to Mid-Day.

In 2019, he purchased a residential apartment in Versova, where he once lived as a paying guest during his early days in the industry. The agreement spans three years, with rent starting at ₹7.5 lakh per month and increasing to ₹8.58 lakh by the final year. Reports suggest he paid a hefty ₹45 lakh as a security deposit for the ₹30 crore property.
