The deal, finalised on November 13, includes a ₹9 lakh security deposit. Monthly rent is set at ₹3 lakh for the first year, with an increase to ₹3.15 lakh in the second year, ensuring stable earnings for the actress.

This trend of Bollywood stars investing in real estate underscores the lucrative potential of property investments. Shahid Kapoor recently garnered attention for renting out his upscale Worli apartment for ₹20 lakh per month, reflecting the high returns such ventures can generate.

Madhuri has also made headlines by purchasing a luxurious ₹48 crore apartment in Mumbai’s exclusive Indiabulls Blue project at Lower Parel. The 5,384 sq ft property on the 53rd floor offers breathtaking city views and has seven reserved parking spaces.
