MoEngage secures an additional 450 seats at 315Work Avenue in Bangalore, bringing their total to 900. This expansion in Koramangala highlights the benefits of co-working spaces for growing businesses. 315Work Avenue continues to expand, with plans to enter New Delhi, NCR, and Hyderabad markets.

MoEngage, a leading insights-led customer engagement platform, has expanded its footprint in Bangalore by securing an additional 450 seats at 315Work Avenue, bringing their total to 900 seats. This new office space, covering approximately 45,000 square feet, is located in the bustling commercial area of Koramangala. Known for its vibrant business environment, Koramangala provides an ideal location for MoEngage’s continued growth.

315Work Avenue, which manages 2 million square feet of workspace across 40 prime locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune, facilitated this expansion. The deal was brokered by Cushman and Wakefield, highlighting the growing demand for flexible office solutions in India. “At 315Work Avenue, we place a strong emphasis on building and nurturing relationships.
