MySoho Pioneers Flexible Workspace Expansion in India’s Tier-II Cities

MySoho is transforming India’s Tier-II cities by boldly expanding into 25 locations by 2025. It offers premium, flexible office spaces tailored for startups, SMEs, and IT firms. Focused on private offices and customisable layouts, MySoho’s asset-light model enables rapid growth, setting a new standard in emerging urban workspaces.

As demand for flexible office spaces grows in India’s Tier-II cities, MySoho is leading the way with an ambitious expansion plan. By 2025, the company aims to bring premium, fully serviced workspaces to 25 Tier-II cities, catering to the rising number of startups, IT firms, and small-to-medium enterprises in cities like Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, and Chandigarh. “The Total Addressable Market in Tier-II towns is massive—estimated at ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 crore—and MySoho is perfectly positioned to capitalise on this opportunity,” said Tushar Mittal, co-founder of MySoho.

MySoho’s strategy goes beyond traditional coworking models by focusing on private office spaces instead of shared environments. This approach appeals to businesses seeking flexibility and privacy, particularly in the IT, consulting, and e-commerce industries. “We’re more than just office space; we deliver end-to-end solutions, from admin to facility management, so businesses can solely focus on scaling and success,” explained Navneet Gill, MySoho’s co-founder.

Unlike traditional office leases, MySoho’s flexible workspaces enable companies to expand or downsize as needed, offering adaptable setups in Central Business Districts (CBDs) in Tier-II cities. The company’s asset-light model allows rapid expansion by partnering with property owners instead of investing in property ownership, reducing overhead and enabling quicker market entry. MySoho currently operates in Chandigarh Tricity, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Ambala, and Bhopal, with plans to launch additional locations across Tier-II cities. Each new centre will feature at least 25,000 square feet of flexible workspace designed to support businesses of all sizes.

MySoho’s emphasis on client-customizable workspaces sets it apart from competitors. Clients can tailor office layouts to fit their needs, a feature that has yet to be widely offered by competitors like Awfis, Incuspaze, and Smartworks. This customisation, combined with locations in prime business areas, is an attractive feature for businesses looking for premium setups outside India’s metropolitan hubs. As MySoho co-founder Ashu Kapoor said, “We’ve developed key features in Tier-II towns that empower businesses to set up, scale, or downsize easily. This flexibility has been a major driver of MySoho’s rapid growth across multiple cities.”

India’s flexible office space market has become increasingly competitive, with major players eyeing Tier-II cities to capture untapped demand. However, MySoho’s focus on private offices, its asset-light model, and its emphasis on client-centric services have helped it establish a unique position in this expanding market.

MySoho’s vision reflects the shifting demands of a modern workforce, offering a scalable solution that meets both affordability and premium quality. As businesses move toward flexible workspace options, MySoho’s strategic expansion and innovative model set a new standard in Tier-II cities. With its rapid growth and client-centred approach, MySoho is poised to reshape the coworking landscape in India’s emerging cities.
