Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited has reinforced its presence in Hyderabad by leasing over 2.2 lakh square feet of office space at DLF Cyber City in Gachibowli. This expansion brings Smartworks’ total footprint in the city to over 10 lakh square feet, strengthening its position as one of India’s largest managed workspace providers.
The new office, located in Block 3 of DLF Cyber City, marks Smartworks’ fourth centre in Hyderabad, complementing its existing locations at Purva Summit (Raidurg), Galaxy (Kondapur), and Raheja Mindspace (Madhapur). Situated in the city’s prime IT corridor, the space offers seamless connectivity to HITEC City, the Outer Ring Road, metro stations, and the airport.
Highlighting the growing demand for fully managed and customized workspaces, Neetish Sarda, founder of Smartworks, stated, “Our expansion and growth in Hyderabad reflect the steady demand from occupiers and the need for fully managed, tailored workspaces with modern amenities for today’s workforce.”
Earlier this year, Smartworks secured 4.7 lakh square feet at DLF Commercial Tower in Gurugram, signalling its aggressive growth strategy in India’s major business hubs. With over 600 clients, including Indian corporates, multinational companies, and startups, Smartworks continues to dominate the managed office space sector.
By August 14, 2024, Smartworks had expanded to 45 centres across 13 cities, covering a total super built-up area of 9.12 million square feet. With businesses increasingly seeking scalable and flexible office solutions, the company remains at the forefront of India’s rapidly evolving coworking and managed office industry.
