Table Space Expands in Bengaluru with ₹500 Crore Office Space Acquisition

TableSpace has acquired 5 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru’s Whitefield for ₹500 crore, marking its second major property purchase. This expansion strengthens the company’s leadership in enterprise-managed workspace solutions. Post-pandemic demand for flexible office spaces drives the company’s rapid growth in key markets like Bengaluru.

According to sources, Table Space, a leading flexible workspace provider, has acquired 5 lakh square feet of prime office space in Bengaluru’s Whitefield for approximately ₹500 crore. The acquisition, facilitated by real estate consultant CBRE, marks the company’s second major property purchase, further strengthening its presence in India’s booming flexible office space market.

This acquisition is significant for our growth, especially in Bengaluru, which contributes 46% to our overall revenue and remains our largest market,” said Kunal Mehra, President of Table Space. The newly acquired property, Kalyani Camellia, is located in Mahadevapura, Whitefield, one of Bengaluru’s key business districts. Mehra added, “This is the second Table Space-owned asset in the brand’s portfolio,” following their earlier acquisition of Panchshil Towers in Kharadi, Pune, which spans over 9 lakh square feet.

Founded in 2017, Table Space has rapidly grown into a leading provider of enterprise workspace solutions, with over 9.5 million square feet of custom-built workspaces across more than 60 centres in seven cities. The company offers end-to-end managed office solutions, including fully customized spaces and premium ready-to-move-in options, under its Enterprise Workspace as a Service (WaaS) model.

The demand for flexible office spaces has surged post-pandemic, with companies opting for managed workspaces to cut down on capital expenditure and avoid the complexities of office management. The shift towards hybrid work models has accelerated this trend as corporates seek flexible, scalable workspace solutions.

As the flexible workspace market grows, Table Space’s latest acquisition underscores its ambition to remain at the forefront of the industry, catering to the evolving needs of enterprises looking for efficient, hassle-free office solutions.
