TableSpace Sets Bold Target to Triple Suites Portfolio by 2025

Table Space plans to triple its Suites portfolio by 2025, expanding to 35 centres with 35,000 seats across 2.2 million sq. ft. Launched in 2024, Suites caters to BFSI, IT, and healthcare sectors, achieving ₹200 crore revenue in nine months. With 90% occupancy, it drives India’s managed workspace growth.

Table Space, a leading name in India’s managed workspace solutions, has announced ambitious expansion plans for its premium offering, Suites by Table Space. By December 2025, the company aims to triple its portfolio, reaching over 35 centres with 35,000 seats spanning 2.2 million sq. ft., solidifying its leadership in the Grade-A managed office space segment.

Launched in January 2024, Table Space Suites has quickly scaled, now operating 11 centres in seven cities with 10,000 seats across 500,000 sq. ft. The platform addresses enterprise needs for speed, flexibility, security, and compliance, boasting an impressive workspace go-live turnaround time of less than 24 hours.

Steady Growth Backed by Strong Demand

The growth trajectory of Suites by Table Space is backed by significant demand from sectors like BFSI, IT/ITeS, consulting, and healthcare. Between January and September 2024, the segment generated ₹200 crore in revenue, with a target of ₹800 crore by 2025. Five centres, accounting for nearly 5,000 seats, were fully leased even before opening in the past four months.

“We started the year with just four centres, and by November, Suites by Table Space has expanded to 11 centres, offering approximately 8,000–10,000 seats,” said Karan Chopra, Vice Chairman & Co-founder of Table Space. “This momentum, driven by BFSI and tech clients, positions us as a top choice for enterprises. By 2025, Suites will contribute 15–18% of our portfolio, up from the current 7%.”

Reinforcing Leadership in Flexible Workspace

Table Space continues to expand its Enterprise Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform, catering to the evolving needs of businesses. Highlighting the role of innovation in flexible workspace solutions, Amit Banerji, CEO & Chairman of Table Space, noted, “We are reinforcing our position as the most comprehensive workspace solution provider for enterprises. With the growth of BFSI, IT, and Global Capability Centers (GCCs), we are well-positioned to address the full spectrum of enterprise workspace requirements, fueling commercial leasing demand and fostering sustainable growth.”

Strategic Investments and Occupancy Milestones

Table Space Suites operates at 90% occupancy across its centres, offering customizable leasing terms ranging from six months to multi-year contracts. The company has invested heavily in infrastructure to deliver private, secure, ready-to-move-in office spaces that align with enterprise-grade standards.

Founded in 2017, Table Space has already developed over 10.5 million sq. ft. of workspaces across India, serving as a trusted partner to more than 400 enterprises. The company’s ability to deliver tailored, scalable solutions has made it a preferred choice for businesses seeking flexibility and premium facilities.

As Table Space continues to scale its operations, its commitment to innovation and enterprise-driven solutions cements its position as a leader in India’s managed workspace industry. The growth of Suites by Table Space reflects a broader trend of rising demand for flexible and agile office spaces in the dynamic Indian market.
