UrbanVault Strengthens Leadership Team to Fuel Expansion in North and West India

UrbanVault appoints Dushyant Singh and Shivanshu Pareek to lead expansion in Pune, NCR, and Tier-2 cities. As demand for flexible workspaces surges, the company strengthens its position with strategic hires. Founder & CEO Amal Mishra highlights their expertise in driving growth amid India’s evolving commercial real estate landscape.

UrbanVault, a leading provider of managed flexible workspaces, has announced key leadership appointments to accelerate its expansion in North and West India. Dushyant Singh has been named Director of Sales and Business Development for the West Zone, while Shivanshu Pareek joins as Associate Director of Sales for the North Zone. These strategic hires come as UrbanVault looks to tap into the growing demand for flexible office spaces across India.

Singh will spearhead the company’s entry into Pune, focusing on client acquisition, local partnerships, and customised workspace solutions. With a strong track record in the managed office space industry, Singh previously played a crucial role at AWFIS, where he managed over 20 centres, developed key partnerships, and secured enterprise clients. Meanwhile, Pareek, who brings a decade of experience from IndiQube, will drive UrbanVault’s expansion in the NCR region while exploring new markets in Tier-2 cities like Jaipur and Mohali.

“Our mission is to provide impactful workspace solutions that truly benefit our clients,” said Amal Mishra, Founder and CEO of UrbanVault. “We are confident that Dushyant and Shivanshu, with their deep industry expertise, will play a pivotal role in strengthening our footprint in these high-growth markets.”

UrbanVault’s expansion comes when the demand for flexible workspaces is surging. Companies increasingly opt for managed office solutions to reduce capital investments and streamline facility management. The rise of Global Capability Centers (GCCs) is also reshaping the commercial real estate landscape, blending traditional office setups with modern flexible work models. The sector has already seen record-high demand for office spaces in India’s major cities in 2024, a trend expected to continue.

Founded in 2018, UrbanVault has built a strong presence in the managed workspace sector, growing from a modest 40 seats to over 30,000 across multiple cities. The bootstrapped company has surpassed the Rs 100 crore turnover mark while maintaining profitability, demonstrating its financial discipline and sustainable growth approach.

With these new appointments, UrbanVault is poised to strengthen further its position as a leader in India’s evolving workspace market.
