Co-working giant WeWork India has leased 1.4 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru and Noida, responding to the growing demand for flexible workspaces. This expansion includes two new locations in prime business districts, set to open in September-October 2024.
The new co-working centre in Bengaluru will span over 60,000 square feet, offering more than 1,000 desks. Meanwhile, in Noida’s Sector 62, WeWork India has secured approximately 79,000 square feet of office space, providing over 1,400 desks.
WeWork India’s expansion reflects its commitment to strengthening its presence across major Indian cities. The company boasts over 8 million square feet of assets across 57 locations, including Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.
This strategic growth aims to cater to the increasing need for flexible workspace solutions, enabling businesses of all sizes to adapt to the evolving work environment.
