WoCO Unveils Luxurious Grade A Workspace in Gurugram

WoCO (World of Cool Offices) launches WoCO One, a premium Grade A commercial workspace in Gurugram, setting new benchmarks in luxury office leasing. It is strategically located and boasts IGBC Platinum certification, cutting-edge sustainability features, and world-class architecture. Top industry experts designed it and merges elegance, innovation, and environmental consciousness into a sophisticated workspace.

WoCO (World of Cool Offices), a boutique workspace development company, has set a new standard in premium office leasing with the launch of its latest commercial space, WoCO One. This marks the company’s strategic expansion into the real estate sector, reinforcing its commitment to offering businesses a sophisticated, high-end work environment.

Strategically located at the NH-8 intersection in Gurugram, WoCO One boasts excellent connectivity and cutting-edge infrastructure. Designed to focus on sustainability, the Grade A commercial building has secured an IGBC Platinum rating. It integrates smart building technologies and eco-friendly design elements, including optimal natural lighting, energy-efficient ventilation, and high-performance VRVs. The development aligns with modern sustainability goals while ensuring operational efficiency with a robust 45 KW solar power capacity, zero liquid discharge systems, and dedicated EV charging stations.

“Working towards elevating the offering of luxury workspaces, we are committed to bringing about the confluence of elegance, innovation, functionality, and sustainability in one place,” said Angad Singh Pasricha, founder of WoCO. “The launch of WoCO One is a testament to our vision of creating distinctive architectural structures that stand out in the real estate market.”

The building’s design is a blend of sophistication and sustainability, crafted by renowned architects and designers. Anand Sharma, design director of WoCO, emphasised the company’s philosophy of merging aesthetics with functionality. “As architects, our vision is to create workspaces that embody the ‘spirit of design panache.’ We seek sophistication that resonates with the diverse needs of workspace environments, with sustainability as the cornerstone of our approach.”

Goonmeet Singh Chauhan, another design director at WoCO, highlighted the unique material choices that define WoCO One’s aesthetic appeal. “Research helped us zero in on white terrazzo stone, which we’ve employed as a cladding material. The result is a stunning white edifice, standing crisply like a sovereign in white! The horizontal plane is entirely comprised of shades of grey, with resplendent greenery jumping out of all corners and crevices along the perimeter. It has turned out to be a very refreshing building—luxury with delight!”

The project brought together some of the industry’s leading design and architectural experts, including Design Forum International, Bobby Mukherjee Architects, Avante Facades, BMSF Designs, and Bikramjiet Kukreja, ensuring that WoCO One is not just a workspace but a landmark in commercial real estate.

With its commitment to sustainability, premium amenities, and striking architectural design, WoCO One sets a new benchmark in luxury office spaces, catering to businesses that seek an inspiring and efficient work environment.
