BuzzWorks, Brigade Enterprises’ managed workspace brand, has launched its first Grade-A office space in Mysuru with over 500 seats at Brigade Vantage. The company also announced a wider 2026 expansion strategy across Bengaluru and Chennai, targeting rising GCC and enterprise demand for premium flexible workspaces in emerging business markets.
India’s managed workspace sector is witnessing a strong shift toward Tier-2 cities, and BuzzWorks is positioning itself at the centre of that growth story. The Brigade Group-backed flexible workspace brand has officially entered Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road, marking its first Grade-A managed office space in the city.
The new workspace is located within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus and offers more than 500 seats. Designed for startups, Global Capability Centres (GCCs), and enterprise occupiers, the project combines modern office infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s cultural identity.
The launch comes at a time when companies are increasingly looking beyond traditional metro markets for expansion. Rising operational costs in larger cities, combined with improving infrastructure and talent availability in Tier-2 locations, are pushing occupiers to explore flexible workspace options in emerging business hubs.
GCC Demand Drives Expansion Strategy
BuzzWorks said the Mysuru entry is part of a much larger multi-city expansion blueprint planned for the current financial year. The company is preparing new managed office developments across Bengaluru and Chennai while scaling its footprint within existing commercial campuses.
Commenting on the expansion, Siddharth Verma, Business Head at BuzzWorks, said, “Our entry into Mysuru is a testament to BuzzWorks’ strategic growth and our commitment to leading the expansion into Tier-2 cities across India.”
He added, “BuzzWorks would be the first Grade A managed workspace in the city, and we believe the first-mover advantage, coupled with the market demand, will be a great fit for the brand and the business.”
The company believes enterprise occupiers now expect the same workplace standards in smaller cities that they receive in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Mumbai. This includes ESG-ready infrastructure, plug-and-play offices, technology-enabled operations, and premium employee experience features.
Bengaluru and Chennai Next on the Radar
As part of its 2026 roadmap, BuzzWorks will soon expand at Brigade Tech Gardens in Whitefield and Brigade Elysium in Varthur, Bengaluru. It is also increasing capacity at the World Trade Centre campus inside Brigade Gateway Complex in Rajajinagar.
Outside Karnataka, the company is entering Chennai through Brigade Tech Boulevard. The move aligns with Chennai’s growing GCC momentum, particularly in sectors such as BFSI, automotive engineering, and technology services.
Verma noted, “Enterprises today are looking for the same infrastructure, compliance, and experience standards in Tier-2 cities that they exist in major metros.” He further explained that BuzzWorks aims to provide a “plug-and-play environment” that allows businesses to scale faster and more efficiently.
Flexible Workspace Market Gains Momentum
The expansion highlights a broader trend shaping India’s office market. Managed workspace operators are no longer focused only on metro cities. Instead, companies are building distributed office portfolios that support hybrid work strategies and regional talent expansion.
BuzzWorks reported over 100% growth compared to the previous financial year and said it is on track to double its portfolio during the current fiscal year. Industry experts believe this momentum reflects rising enterprise confidence in flexible office models, especially among GCCs and fast-scaling firms.
As workplace strategies continue to evolve, Tier-2 cities like Mysuru are quickly emerging as the next frontier for India’s commercial real estate and coworking industries.
