GAP Group Launches Dholera Coworking Hub to Power India’s Emerging Semiconductor Ecosystem

GAP Group Launches Dholera Coworking Hub to Power India’s Emerging Semiconductor Ecosystem

GAP Group has announced a new coworking and managed office facility in Dholera Special Investment Region. The 4,128.92 sq m development will offer 400 coworking seats, conference and training facilities, and business support infrastructure to serve semiconductor companies, vendors, consultants, contractors, and growing industrial operations in the region.

As Dholera accelerates its journey toward becoming a major semiconductor and advanced manufacturing destination, workplace infrastructure is beginning to evolve alongside industrial development. GAP Group has announced the launch of GAP Co-Working Space, a new commercial workspace project designed to support the growing ecosystem of businesses entering the Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR).

Located directly opposite the Tata Semiconductor FAB within Dholera’s Activation Area, the facility is being developed inside the Akhilam Township project. Spanning 4,128.92 square metres across a G+1 structure, the project aims to provide businesses with ready-to-use office infrastructure at a time when demand for operational workspaces is expected to surge across the region.

Built for the Semiconductor Supply Chain

Scheduled to become operational in October 2026, the facility has been designed as a plug-and-play workspace solution for companies establishing a presence in Dholera. The development will cater to semiconductor manufacturers, EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, project management teams, and support service providers, all of which are expected to play a crucial role in the region’s industrial expansion.

The project includes a 400-seat coworking facility, a 200-seat conference hall, and a 200-seat food court, creating a comprehensive business environment rather than a traditional office setup. Additional amenities, such as executive cabins, training rooms, collaboration zones, recreational spaces, and support services, are intended to help businesses get up and running quickly while maintaining flexibility as teams scale.

Strategic Location Creates Competitive Advantage

One of the project’s biggest strengths is its proximity to the Tata Semiconductor FAB, which is expected to become a key anchor for the region’s semiconductor ecosystem. By positioning workspace infrastructure near major industrial assets, GAP Group is addressing a critical requirement often overlooked during the early stages of industrial development—operational readiness.

The coworking centre is expected to reduce setup timelines for companies entering Dholera while enabling closer coordination among manufacturers, contractors, consultants, and project teams. As more domestic and international technology companies evaluate Dholera for future investments, the availability of professional workspace solutions could play a significant role in attracting and retaining business activity.

Supporting the Growth of a Complete Business Ecosystem

Commenting on the development, GAP Group Managing Director Ambrish Parajiya said, “Dholera is entering a defining phase of its growth journey.” He emphasised that as industrial investments transition into active operations, businesses require supporting infrastructure to establish themselves efficiently. According to Parajiya, “This facility has been conceptualised to fulfil this requirement and provide companies with a platform to participate in the growth of Dholera.”

He further added, “Our vision extends beyond creating physical infrastructure,” highlighting the company’s broader commitment to supporting economic and social development alongside commercial growth.

For the flexible workspace industry, the project represents an emerging trend where coworking and managed office solutions are becoming integral components of industrial and manufacturing ecosystems. As India expands its semiconductor ambitions, developments like GAP Co-Working Space demonstrate how workspace operators and developers can play a pivotal role in building the infrastructure that supports long-term economic growth.
