Stylework has launched Stylework.AI at the India Flexible Workspace Summit 2026 in Mumbai, organised by FICCI. The platform aims to redefine workspace management using AI, supporting hybrid strategies, cost optimisation, and data-driven decision-making across India’s rapidly growing flexible workspace sector.
In a move that signals the next phase of evolution in India’s flexible workspace sector, Stylework has launched its AI-powered platform, Stylework.AI, at the India Flexible Workspace Summit 2026. Held in Mumbai and organised by FICCI, the event brought together policymakers, enterprise leaders, and workspace operators to explore the future of work.
As the Platinum Partner, Stylework used the platform to introduce what it describes as a shift from traditional flexibility to “intelligent flexibility,” where technology plays a central role in workspace decision-making.
Leadership Vision: Beyond Flexibility
The launch was led by Sparsh Khandelwal, who emphasised the platform’s long-term vision. He stated, “Stylework.AI is designed to redefine how enterprises, SMEs and professionals access and manage workspace ecosystems. We are moving beyond flexibility to what we call ‘intelligent flexibility’, where data, automation and experience-led design enable faster, smarter and more sustainable decision-making.”
This positioning reflects a broader industry shift, where workspace solutions are no longer just about access, but about performance, efficiency, and user experience.
Built on Scale, Powered by Data
Stylework’s new AI platform builds on its existing footprint across 125+ cities and a network of over 4,500 workspaces. With this scale, Stylework.AI is designed to deliver actionable insights on space utilisation, helping companies refine their hybrid work strategies.
The platform also enables enterprises to optimise costs through predictive analytics, a feature that is becoming increasingly critical as businesses reassess real estate portfolios in a hybrid-first environment.
Industry Momentum and Sector Growth
Now in its third edition, the summit reflects an ongoing collaboration between FICCI and Stylework since 2021. This year’s theme, centred on technology, sustainability, and the next wave of flexible work, highlighted the growing importance of innovation-led growth in the sector.
Industry stakeholders noted that the flexible workspace market has expanded rapidly across Tier I and Tier II cities, enabling decentralised growth and improving access to office infrastructure closer to talent hubs.
The Road to a $10 Billion Industry
According to FICCI, “Over the past decade, the sector has expanded rapidly across Tier I and II cities, driving decentralised growth, lowering entry barriers and enabling companies to operate closer to talent pools. Achieving a USD 10 billion flexible workspace industry by 2030 will require strong collaboration between industry, policymakers, urban authorities and financial institutions.”
This outlook underlines the need for coordinated efforts across stakeholders to sustain momentum and unlock the sector’s full potential.
Technology as the Next Growth Engine
As India’s flexible workspace ecosystem matures, platforms like Stylework.AI are expected to play a pivotal role in shaping its future. With increasing emphasis on automation, sustainability, and enterprise agility, technology is fast becoming the backbone of workspace strategy.
For operators and enterprises alike, the focus is shifting toward smarter, data-driven environments. The launch of Stylework.AI not only reflects this transition but also positions Stylework at the forefront of the industry’s next growth cycle—where intelligence, not just flexibility, defines competitive advantage.
