Nukleus Office Solutions is launching its SME IPO on February 24 to raise Rs 31.7 crore. The funds will support expansion, technology upgrades, and marketing. Priced at Rs 234 per share, the IPO closes on February 27, with trading on BSE SME beginning on March 4.

Nukleus Office Solutions, a fast-growing provider of coworking and managed office spaces, is gearing up to launch its maiden IPO on February 24. The company plans to raise Rs 31.7 crore by offering 13.54 lakh equity shares, priced at Rs 234 each. The issue will close on February 27, with the share allotment finalized by February 28. Trading on the BSE SME is set to commence on March 4.

With a strong presence in Delhi NCR, Nukleus operates seven flexible workspaces and manages four additional office locations, boasting an impressive occupancy rate of 88.48 per cent. The IPO proceeds will fuel the company’s ambitious expansion plans, including establishing new centres, technology upgrades, and developing an integrated online platform. The funds will also support advertising efforts and general corporate purposes.

In India’s dynamic coworking landscape, Nukleus competes with established players like Awfis Space Solutions, Kontor Space, and EFC (India). The company’s founders, Puja Gupta and Nipun Gupta, currently hold a 94.01 per cent stake, with the remaining 5.99 per cent owned by public shareholders, including Mayank S Agarwal and 35 North Ventures.

As demand for flexible office solutions continues to rise in India, Nukleus Office Solutions is positioning itself for significant growth. With Sundae Capital Advisors acting as the book-running lead manager for the IPO, industry experts will watch closely how this fresh entrant fares in the public market.
