Incuspaze has acquired B2B SaaS firm VSKOUT to strengthen its presence in India’s booming Global Capability Centre (GCC) market. The deal enhances Incuspaze’s data-led workspace strategy, with projected revenues of ₹400 crore by FY26. VSKOUT will continue as an independent platform, bringing analytics and tech to fuel strategic growth.
Incuspaze, one of India’s leading workspace solutions providers, has announced the acquisition of VSKOUT, a B2B SaaS company specialising in real-time property intelligence. The strategic deal, structured as a cash-and-equity swap, aims to accelerate Incuspaze’s expansion into the fast-growing Global Capability Centres (GCC) segment.
India’s GCC sector is projected to expand from $64.6 billion in FY24 to between $99 and $105 billion by 2030. Recognising the scale of this opportunity, Incuspaze is creating a dedicated GCC vertical. VSKOUT’s deep analytics capabilities will play a key role in this new focus, enhancing Incuspaze’s ability to serve global clients with tech-enabled, data-driven workspace solutions.
“The equity component of the acquisition was funded through internal reserves,” said Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO of Incuspaze. While VSKOUT’s revenue impact in FY25-26 is expected to be modest, the acquisition is anticipated to deliver significant long-term value. “This partnership is not just about today’s numbers—it’s about shaping our future top-line growth,” Choudhary added.
Founded in 2016, VSKOUT brings proprietary analytics, data mapping, and in-depth insight into India’s commercial real estate landscape. The platform currently serves institutional clients and developers and will continue to operate independently after the acquisition. However, its integration with Incuspaze will create synergies in technology, data science, and strategic planning.
The cultural alignment between the two companies was key to the deal. “This isn’t just operational—it’s a shared vision,” said VSKOUT co-founders Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain. As part of the merger, Kumar will head the GCC vertical at Incuspaze and lead research and data innovation. Jain will focus on upgrading the technology stack to improve workplace experiences and revenue delivery.
Incuspaze expects inorganic growth to contribute around 25% of its projected revenue in FY25-26, estimated to be between ₹350 crore and ₹400 crore. The company is already in discussions with other acquisition targets to continue building on this momentum.
The integration of systems, teams, and workflows is currently underway and is expected to be finalised in the coming weeks. VSKOUT will retain its existing client relationships while benefiting from the scale and infrastructure of the larger Incuspaze ecosystem.
This acquisition positions Incuspaze at the forefront of India’s evolving workspace landscape. By combining flexible workspace management with real-time data intelligence, the company is betting on a future where tech-first, insight-driven solutions define how global firms operate in India.
As GCCs continue to play a growing role in the country’s commercial real estate space, strategic moves like this underscore how workspace providers are adapting to a rapidly changing, enterprise-led demand landscape.
