Genpact has leased nearly 4 lakh sq ft at ASF Insignia in Gurugram in a long-term deal estimated at ₹420–450 crore. The exclusive tower will support 5,000–8,000 employees and is expected to begin operations in Q2 2027, adding to strong office leasing momentum across Delhi-NCR.
