Table Space’s Hyderabad Portfolio Reaches 1.56 Million Sq Ft as Enterprise Demand Grows

Table Space’s Hyderabad portfolio has grown to 1.56 million sq ft since its entry in 2017. Its latest client, DoorDash, selected Table Space for its first talent hub in India. The expansion reflects rising activity and demand for managed, scalable office solutions in the GCC.

Table Space has expanded its Hyderabad portfolio to 1.56 million sq ft of leasable area, eight years after opening its first centre in the city in 2017. The growth has established Hyderabad as one of the company’s most important enterprise markets and places its portfolio among the largest in India’s flexible workspace sector.

The city has also become a major destination for global enterprises and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). Table Space has expanded beyond established office districts such as HITEC City and Gachibowli, adding locations in Nanakramguda and Neopolis.

This wider footprint gives enterprises access to managed office space across several established and emerging commercial corridors.

DoorDash Selects Table Space for India Entry

The latest addition to Table Space’s Hyderabad client base is DoorDash, the global local-commerce company. DoorDash is setting up its first talent hub in India in Hyderabad and has selected Table Space as its workspace partner.

The arrangement will be delivered in two phases. It starts with an initial office before moving into a larger, longer-term workplace in HITEC City.

Table Space will manage the lease, design, build and ongoing operations of the workplace. The model reflects the growing use of managed offices by global companies seeking to establish local teams without handling every aspect of workplace delivery themselves.

Nitish Bhasin, Chief Sales Officer at Table Space, said, “DoorDash’s decision to establish its first India talent hub in Hyderabad reflects the kind of global enterprise activity the city is attracting.”

GCCs Drive a Large Share of Leased Space

The composition of Table Space’s Hyderabad portfolio also points to the strong role of multinational companies in the market. GCC clients account for 53.50% of the company’s leased area, while companies headquartered outside India account for 92.49%.

That concentration makes Hyderabad particularly relevant for enterprise-focused flexible workspace operators. As companies build technology, engineering, analytics and other teams in the city, demand is increasingly shifting toward workplaces that can support both initial entry and future expansion.

Table Space’s presence across HITEC City, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda and Neopolis allows it to serve businesses across different stages of growth.

Managed Offices Gain Ground

Table Space’s growth also highlights the broader shift toward integrated managed office solutions. Instead of coordinating real estate, workplace design, fit-outs, and day-to-day operations separately, enterprises can work with a single provider throughout the entire process.

DoorDash’s Global Director of Real Estate and Workplace, David Ives, said, “Table Space’s local expertise and ability to support us from our initial office through to our longer-term home in HITEC City gives us the flexibility to establish our teams and build for the future.”

For Hyderabad’s flexible workspace market, the deal adds to the evidence that global companies are looking for more than conventional leased offices. Scalability, speed of setup and operational support are becoming increasingly important as enterprises expand their presence in India.
