Southern cities accounted for 50% of the demand, with Bengaluru, NCR, and Mumbai leading in terms of volumes. New supply reached 16.1 million sq ft, with Pune and Chennai leading the way. BFSI rose, flex remained strong, and leasing diversified geographically.
