The company has introduced 1,10,000 sq ft of new space in Noida and 2,50,000 sq ft in Pune. With this addition, EFC India’s total space now exceeds 1.5 million sq ft across 35+ centres in seven states, providing close to 50,000 seats.
Nearly 65% of EFC India’s billed seats are occupied by the institutional segment, while the remaining 35% are for the retail sector. This balance ensures a diversified client base, enhancing the company’s stability and growth prospects.
“We are committed to expanding our footprint to meet the evolving needs of businesses,” said a representative from EFC India. The company recently added another 1,10,000 sq ft by expanding capacities in Hyderabad and Noida, including a 60,000 sq ft space in Hyderabad’s Hi-Tech City with a seating capacity of 1,500 seats, and 40,000 sq ft in Noida’s Sector 62, accommodating 750 seats.
