This brings their total space in Pune to 1 lakh square feet, marking a significant milestone for the company. Previously, 315Work Avenue had leased 44,000 square feet at the same location, making this latest expansion a strategic move to accommodate more businesses seeking modern coworking environments.

The tech park, developed by Ascendas-Singbridge, is a Grade A facility with 2.5 million square feet of commercial office space. Conveniently located near Pune Lohegaon International Airport, ITPP is part of the well-established IT hub in Kharadi’s North Eastern corridor. It provides state-of-the-art infrastructure and modern amenities, making it a prime location for businesses in the tech sector.
315Work Avenue now operates six centres across Pune, totalling 600,000 square feet, collaborating with top developers such as Ascendas, Panchshil, and Raheja.
