It features 891 desks and caters to large enterprises and C-suite executives with sustainable design, concierge services, and ISO certification support. WeWork now manages over 90,000 desks across eight cities.
WeWork India continues its expansion with the launch of WeWork 37 Cunningham, a premium flexible workspace spanning 61,120 square feet in Bengaluru. This new addition marks the company’s 61st building, featuring four floors and 891 desks. Designed with sustainability and a high-end executive aesthetic, the space offers a unique environment tailored to large enterprises, MNCs, and C-suite executives.
The building is LEED Core, Shell Gold, and WELL Gold Certified, reflecting WeWork’s commitment to sustainability. Additionally, members will have access to support for obtaining ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications, enhancing the workspace’s appeal to environmentally conscious businesses.
