ORGATEC India, debuting in November 2025, will showcase sustainable workspace solutions, ergonomic designs, and advanced technologies. Backed by NAREDCO and IIID, it highlights GCCs leasing 40–45% of office space in India. The event fosters collaboration, innovation, and sustainability, shaping the future of modern workspaces.
Koelnmesse India has announced the launch of ORGATEC India, a landmark event focused on workspace design, furniture, and technology. Scheduled for November 4–6, 2025, at the Jio Convention Centre in Mumbai, this event aims to revolutionise modern office spaces by showcasing sustainable building technologies, adaptive workspaces, and ergonomic designs. With Global Capability Centers (GCCs) projected to lease 40–45% of India’s office space this year, ORGATEC India promises to be a pivotal platform for architects, designers, and corporate leaders.
Preeti Singh, Additional Director General of NAREDCO, emphasised the collaboration’s alignment with India’s push for sustainable and affordable solutions, saying, “ORGATEC India will provide a holistic overview of architecture and interior solutions, aligning with our goals for a sustainable future.” The event also coincides with the launching of two new NAREDCO wings—the Women Wing and the Youth Wing of NAREDCO Next Gen—marking a step forward in fostering inclusivity in the real estate sector.
Supported by the Indian Institute of Interior Designers (IIID) and the Council of Architecture, the exhibition is set to host over 1,900 GCCs and attract more than 2 million professionals by 2025. Vijay Garg, from the Council of Architecture, underscored the significance of sustainable and smart solutions for India’s growing economy, adding, “This exhibition will bring innovative products that promote sustainability and support the architecture fraternity.”
ORGATEC India’s exhibitors will showcase cutting-edge solutions, including smart facility technology, workplace automation, and co-working space designs. Visitors from real estate, facility management, architecture, and design sectors will explore state-of-the-art offerings that redefine modern workplaces. “India’s corporate sector is undergoing transformative growth, driven by the demand for smart, energy-efficient workplaces,” said Milind Dixit, Managing Director of Koelnmesse Pvt Ltd.
The event is poised to strengthen collaboration among global and local players, providing a platform for networking and knowledge-sharing. With India’s office furniture market valued at $5.2 billion in 2023 and projected to double by 2032, ORGATEC India will play a crucial role in shaping the future of facility management and workplace innovation.
The international reach of Koelnmesse, with events like ORGATEC Tokyo and interzum guangzhou, reinforces ORGATEC India’s status as a premier trade fair. As India becomes a key growth market, ORGATEC India will provide a unique opportunity for industry leaders to explore cutting-edge trends and solutions, paving the way for the next generation of workspaces.
This exhibition invites innovators, thought leaders and industry professionals to explore new business opportunities and discuss the evolving workplace. By connecting global expertise with local needs, ORGATEC India is set to redefine the future of workspaces and establish itself as a benchmark event for modern office design and technology.
