Following the success of its Pune debut, the Trump Organization has announced its second luxury residential project in India—Trump Residences Gurgaon. Located in Sector 69, the ₹1,200 crore development is set to include two 51-story towers featuring 298 upscale residences. This project marks the sixth collaboration for the organization in India, following Trump Towers in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Gurugram, and the Trump World Center in Pune.

Trump Residences Gurgaon is set to redefine luxury with its all-glass façade, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators, and double-height living rooms in select units. The development will offer world-class amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, wellness centre, resident lounge, private dining areas, and dedicated children’s play zones. The project is expected to generate ₹3,500 crore in sales as it caters to a growing demand for high-end residential properties in the Delhi-NCR region.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, emphasized the significance of this new project in the company’s expansion in India. “This new development pushes the boundaries of luxury like never before and will stand among the most iconic properties in our global portfolio,” he said. Off Southern Peripheral Road, the location offers easy access to business hubs, metro lines, schools, and hospitals—ensuring the development caters to both luxury and convenience.

The project has been developed in partnership with M3M-led Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers. Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder of Smartworld Developers, described the project as a “dazzling jewel” that will set new standards in the luxury real estate market. Kalpesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca, highlighted the uniqueness of the development, promising an unmatched experience for future residents.

This new project further strengthens the Trump Organization’s position in India, including five residential developments and one commercial project. The commercial expansion, Trump World Center in Pune, signifies the company’s foray into the office space market in India, with expectations of generating sales of over ₹2,500 crore.
