US-based real estate consultancy Vestian has entered India’s managed workspace sector with the launch of “Vestian Spaces.” The company has opened its first Bengaluru centre and plans to scale beyond 2 million sq. ft. over the next three years across key office markets, including Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, and NCR.
Global real estate consultancy Vestian has officially entered India’s fast-growing coworking and managed office market with the launch of its new platform, “Vestian Spaces.” The move marks a strategic expansion for the Chicago-headquartered company as enterprise demand for integrated and flexible workplace solutions continues to rise across India’s major commercial hubs.
The company announced that its first managed workspace centre is already operational in Bengaluru, while three to four additional facilities are currently in the pipeline. Vestian plans to expand aggressively over the next three years and scale the platform to more than 2 million square feet across leading office markets, including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region.
Industry experts say the launch reflects a larger shift in India’s office market, where traditional real estate advisory firms are increasingly entering the flexible workspace segment to capture growing enterprise demand for managed office infrastructure.
Demand for Integrated Workplace Solutions Rises
Vestian said the new platform has been designed as an integrated managed workspace solution that combines workplace strategy, office design, project execution, and facility management under a single offering.
The company believes occupiers are no longer looking at offices as static real estate assets but as business tools that directly influence workforce productivity, employee engagement, and operational flexibility.
“Workplaces are no longer viewed as static real estate assets; they have become strategic tools for business performance, talent engagement, and organisational agility,” said Michael Silver, Chairman of Vestian.
He added, “With Vestian Spaces, we are bringing together the expertise required to help companies build and operate workplaces that can evolve with changing business needs.”
The managed workspace sector has witnessed strong momentum in India over the past few years as companies continue to adopt hybrid work models and flexible expansion strategies. Enterprise occupiers are increasingly preferring plug-and-play office environments that reduce operational complexity while offering scalability and premium workplace experiences.
Bengaluru Launch Signals Strategic Growth Focus
Vestian’s first managed office centre in Bengaluru highlights the city’s continued dominance as India’s leading technology and flexible workspace market. Bengaluru remains one of the country’s strongest office leasing destinations, driven by multinational corporations, GCCs, startups, and technology firms.
Industry consultants note that flexible workspace operators are actively expanding across Bengaluru due to strong demand for Grade-A office infrastructure and managed workplace solutions. The city’s mature commercial ecosystem and deep talent base continue to attract enterprise occupiers seeking agile office formats.
Vestian CEO Shrinivas Rao said the company is seeing rising interest from businesses seeking scalable, experience-focused workplaces.
“Clients today want more than just office space – they seek scalable environments that enhance employee experience, support business expansion, and simplify workplace management,” Rao said.
Flexible Workspace Industry Continues to Evolve
India’s coworking and managed office industry is entering a new phase of growth as occupiers increasingly prioritise flexibility, workplace efficiency, and cost optimisation. Analysts believe the sector is evolving from startup-focused coworking models into enterprise-led managed office ecosystems.
Vestian’s expansion into the segment also reflects the rapid change in workplace expectations across India’s commercial real estate market. Companies are now focusing more on employee-centric office environments, operational agility, and long-term workplace strategy.
With plans to expand across multiple metro cities, Vestian Spaces is positioning itself to compete in one of India’s most dynamic commercial real estate segments, where flexible office operators are increasingly influential in shaping the future of work.
