Incuspaze has appointed Amit Ghoshal as Managing Director – Enterprise to strengthen its enterprise business and expand across India’s workspace market. With over two decades of industry experience, Ghoshal will lead enterprise growth as the company targets ₹1,000 crore revenue and a planned IPO by FY28-29.
India’s managed workspace sector is witnessing rapid transformation, and Incuspaze is reinforcing its leadership strategy to stay ahead of the curve. The flexible workspace provider has appointed Amit Ghoshal as Managing Director – Enterprise, a move aimed at accelerating enterprise growth and strengthening its position in the country’s expanding office solutions market.
The appointment comes at a time when enterprise occupiers are increasingly moving toward flexible, technology-enabled, and experience-focused office models. As businesses rethink workplace strategies and prioritise agility, managed office operators are scaling leadership teams to meet rising demand.
For Incuspaze, the decision is part of a larger growth roadmap that includes a targeted revenue milestone of ₹1,000 crore by FY28-29 and a planned public listing during the same period.
A Veteran Enterprise Leader Joins the Team
Amit Ghoshal brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise business development, strategic sales, customer relationship management, and workspace solutions.
In his new role, Ghoshal will lead enterprise expansion efforts, strengthen client relationships, and drive strategic revenue growth across India’s major commercial markets. His expertise spans enterprise sales, commercial real estate advisory, and strategic account management, with experience working closely with multinational corporations, large enterprises, and emerging businesses.
Before joining Incuspaze, Ghoshal held leadership positions at Redbricks, Smartworks, and Regus, where he led enterprise transactions, built client ecosystems, and expanded business operations across multiple regions.
The company believes this experience will prove valuable as enterprise occupiers increasingly seek scalable and managed workplace solutions rather than traditional office leasing models.
Enterprise Demand Shapes the Future of Work
Incuspaze says the appointment aligns closely with shifting workplace trends and the company’s long-term business strategy.
Commenting on the leadership addition, Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO of Incuspaze, said, “India’s workspace ecosystem is undergoing a structural transformation, led by enterprises seeking flexibility, operational efficiency, and experience-led office solutions.”
He further added, “Amit’s strong leadership capabilities, strategic vision, and deep understanding of enterprise business dynamics make him a valuable addition to the Incuspaze leadership team.”
The company believes enterprise-led demand will continue to drive the next phase of growth in the flexible workspace industry, particularly as organisations seek customised, technology-enabled, and operationally efficient environments.
Building Toward the Next Growth Phase
Ghoshal also sees strong potential in India’s evolving office market and believes enterprise expectations are changing rapidly.
Speaking about his new role, he said, “I am excited to join Incuspaze at a time when the future of work is rapidly evolving.”
Highlighting changing occupier preferences, he added, “Enterprises today are looking for integrated workspace solutions that combine flexibility, technology, operational excellence, and employee experience.”
Incuspaze has steadily expanded its presence across Tier I and Tier II cities, building a portfolio that includes coworking spaces, enterprise campuses, managed offices, and customised workplace solutions serving startups, multinational corporations, and large enterprises.
The latest leadership appointment strengthens the company’s enterprise business vertical while supporting broader expansion ambitions. As Incuspaze works toward its ₹1,000 crore revenue target and IPO plans, the move reflects how leadership, enterprise strategy, and workplace innovation are becoming increasingly interconnected in India’s commercial real estate and flexible workspace landscape.
