MyBranch has expanded its South India workspace footprint to 50,000 sq ft across 16 centres. The flexible workspace provider is targeting growing demand from enterprises, GCCs, MNCs and startups seeking regional offices. Its expansion comes as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai continue to drive strong office demand.
Flexible workspace and managed office provider MyBranch is strengthening its South India presence with a 50,000 sq ft footprint spread across 16 centres in 14 cities. The network covers Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Telangana, giving businesses access to workspace infrastructure across both established commercial hubs and emerging markets.
The company’s South India locations include Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Guntur, Hanamkonda, Hubballi, Hyderabad, Madurai, Mangaluru, Rajahmundry, Salem, Tirupati, Vellore, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam. A larger office space in Chennai is also expected to open soon, further expanding its regional offerings.
Demand Moves Beyond Traditional Metros
The expansion comes as companies increasingly look beyond major office districts to build regional teams, satellite offices, and distributed operations. For flexible workspace operators, this shift is creating opportunities in Tier-II and emerging business markets where businesses need professional office space without committing to long, traditional leases.

The company’s expansion also aligns with strong office activity across the region. JLL’s India office market data shows Bengaluru and Hyderabad together accounted for 49.7% of India’s net office absorption in H1 2026. Bengaluru contributed 30.9%, while Hyderabad accounted for 18.8%.
Chennai remains another important office market, contributing 13.9% of India’s gross leasing volumes in Q2 2026. Together, these markets highlight South India’s growing role in India’s commercial real estate and workplace ecosystem.
For flexible office providers, sustained leasing activity creates a larger addressable market for managed offices, coworking spaces and ready-to-use corporate workplaces.
