Mahima Group has launched Mahima Primus, a commercial development at Jawahar Circle on Tonk Road, near Jaipur International Airport. Sanjay Puri, Principal Architect, Sanjay Puri Architects, said, “With Mahima Primus, the design approach was centred on creating workspaces that are functional, flexible and comfortable, while making the most of natural light, ventilation and the surrounding environment.”

Mahima Primus is equipped with three high-speed elevators, spacious air-conditioned entrance lobbies, separate staircases and 100% power backup. The development also includes three levels of parking, supporting employees, visitors and businesses operating from the property.
Such features are becoming increasingly relevant to commercial projects as occupiers look for offices that support day-to-day operations without compromising convenience.
